Rinvoq(Upadacitinib), Opzelura(Ruxolitinib), and Abrocitinib(Cibinqo). Treatment is individualized to patients based on age, the severity of the disease, and lack of response to traditional eczema treatment. JK inhibitors come in oral tablets but require close monitoring for adverse side effects typically with the use of blood work.  These biologics are life-changing for patients with moderate to severe eczema.
