Dr. Tootla attended medical school in South Africa and completed all of his post-graduate medical training in the US. He completed his general surgery residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, and then completed a Fellowship in Colon and Rectal surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
