Dr. Bhakta offers Robotic Navigation therapies that provide an effective cure for patients suffering from heart rhythm disorders with improved safety compared to manual approaches. Dr. Bhakta works closely with engineers from Stereotaxis (the company that makes the robotic technology) to help continually improve its capabilities and clinical outcomes.

After graduating from Albany Medical College in New York, Dr. Bhakta completed his clinical training in internal medicine and cardiology from University of Southern California. He then completed advance fellowship in electrophysiology from Kaiser-UCLA program.
After finishing his clinical training Dr. Bhakta moved to Palm Springs and founded Desert Heart Rhythm Consultants and started the Electrophysiology Program at Desert Regional Medical Center.
