Rajesh Dhairyawan, MD, FACC is a board-certified Miami Cardiologist providing care to patients  in the Dade County area at the Miami Heart Center.

Dr Dhairyawan practiced Clinical and Interventional Cardiology from 1998 - 2003 as part of a large Cardiology group throughout a great part of Dade county.

Dr. Rajest Dhairyawan is affiliated with several prominant hospitals in South Dade county, namely Baptist Hospital of Miami, Kendall Regional Medical Center, South Miami Hospital, Jackson South Community Hospital, and West Kendall Baptist Hospital.

Education & Training

Dr Dhairyawan was born in Mumbai, India and moved to England to complete his formal education. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland and then worked for several years at various hospitals in Scotland and England.

In 1991 Dr. Dhairyawan started an Internal Medicine Residency training program at MetroHealth Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and  completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at the University of Miami/Jackson Menorial Medical Center. 

Dr Dhairyawan completed his subspecialty Cardiology Fellowship  at the University of Miami accomplished a further year of sub-subspecialty training in Interventional Cardiology earning the prestigious "Harry Botwick Memorial Award" (Cardiology Fellow of the Year 1997-98).
