Dr. Wang received her medical degree from Escuela Autónoma de Ciencias Médicas de Centro América, Universidad Autónoma de Centro América in San José, Costa Rica. She completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in neurology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and a Fellowship in movement disorders at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

The Neurology Center provides diagnostic treatment services for patients with disorders of the nervous system. Our neurologists are affiliated with Scripps Hospital in Encinitas and La Jolla, Tri City Medical Center in Oceanside, Palomar Medical Center in Escondido and Pomerado Hospital in Poway. Many of our neurologists have appointments to the volunteer faculty at UCSD, and are actively involved with the neurology training program there.
