Education & Training

Dr. Rubin obtained a B.S. degree in Chemistry and a B.A. degree in Psychology at the University of Miami in 1977. He obtained an M.D. degree in 1982 and completed neurology residency in 1986 at the University of Florida, College of Medicine.
