Omid Omidvar, MD is a board-certified neurologist providing care to patients in the Long Beach and Los Alamitos area of California at Southland Neurologic Institute.

Dr. Omidvar currently serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the David Geffen University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine and is the Co-Medical Director of the MemorialCare Rehabilitation Institute at Long Beach Memorial.

Dr. Omidvar has contributed to multiple neurological clinical trials and is the four-time recipient of the “Patients’ Choice Award.” He has been repeatedly listed in the "Consumers' Guide to Top Docotors" and has been the recipient of “Outstanding Teaching Award.”

Dr. Omidvar received his medical degree, Diplôme d'État de  Docteur en Médicine from Faculte de Medecine de Rouen, France. After finishing his neurology residency at the Harbor-University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center, he later served as the department’s Chief Resident.
