Dr. Simonte received his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Michigan. He completed his internship at the University of Pennsylvania and finished his residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. His fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology was performed at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.
At Mount Sinai, Dr. Simonte performed and published original research regarding the management of patients with food allergy and immunologic disorders. He has served on the Atopic Dermatitis Committee of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
