Education & Training

Glade Welker was born in Rexburg, Idaho and raised in Nibley, Utah of the Small Cache Valley.

Glade did his undergraduate work at Utah State University before obtaining his masters of science nursing degree from Brigham Young University in 2003 becoming a nurse practitioner.  Before this time he spent 5 years as a registered nurse at hospitals in Weber and Utah counties. He completed his doctoral degree in Nursing at the University of Utah in 2013.
