About Jessica Dale, DNP, APRN-FNP

I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, and I hold a doctorate degree in nursing with a focus on healthcare science and research. I am also an APRN-FNP student, with goal of obtaining certification in December 2024

My mission is to change the world one moment, one person, and one opportunity at a time by applying my knowledge, skills, and passion to the field of health equity. I am the proud mother of a two-time brain cancer survivor.
I work with researchers, advocates, clinicians, and innovators who are committed to creating and implementing evidence-based solutions that address the root causes and effects of health disparities and inequities among diverse populations. I have over 20 years of experience in health care science, with expertise in bias in health care, compassionate leadership, resilience training, patient advocacy, and education.
