Education & Training
Dr. Tomala is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He was then awarded a military scholarship to attend the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Following graduation he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in the United States Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. He completed his tour of duty as a general dentist at Yakota Air Force Base in Japan. After returning to the states, Dr. Tomala completed his postgraduate training in Endodontics at the University of Washington where he also earned his Master of Science degree in Dentistry.
