Dr. Bear received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and then completed his internship at Martin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Benning, Georgia in 2001. He served as brigade surgeon at Ft. Bliss and the Middle East. Upon leaving active duty, he completed his neurology residency at Ohio University’s Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio in 2006.
