Dr. Rosenberg practice is focused on Multiple Sclerosis and he serves as a staff neurologist at the Southern California Multiple Sclerosis Center. He diagnoses and treats Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromyelitis Optica, and chronic conditions of brain injury and brain tumor.

At the Scripps Encinitas Hospital Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, Dr. Rosenberg also treats a variety of neurological problems including stroke, spinal cord and brain injury.
