It is very important to keep and active and healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. Depending on your starting weight you may be encouraged to gain weight from 10-25 pounds during your pregnancy. There are also certain foods you should avoid and others you should eat in moderation. Exercise options may also be discussed at your first appointment. We look forward to your visit with us for pregnancy or for gynecology reasons.
