Dr. Michelle Jeffries is very active in the field of dermatology on a national, state and local level. She is the Secretary/Treasurer for the Phoenix Dermatologic Society and has served as Executive Board member and Secretary/Treasurer for the Arizona Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery Society. Dr.
Jeffries speaks at numerous local and national dermatology meetings and has received several awards for her presentations. She has also published articles in peer-reviewed dermatology journals and was a contributing author for dermatology textbooks.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University, Dr. Jeffries received her MA in School Psychology and then her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University-Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was named Medical Student of the Year. She completed her pediatric internship at Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH) and a four-year combined dermatology residency and pediatric dermatology fellowship at Midwestern University’s Alta Dermatology Residency Program and PCH.
