She continued her medical training by completing her residency in Pediatrics at the Children’s Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. She spent four years working as a pediatrician in the Air Force before completing her fellowship in Clinical Allergy/Immunology at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas. She has been board certified in pediatrics and is board certified in Allergy/Clinical Immunology.

Ferrell-Duncan Clinic-- Allergy/Immunology is a clinic located within a multisubspecialty clinic of over 100 private physicians in Springfield, Missouri. Together, we see patients throughout the Southwest Missouri/Northwest Arkansas corridor. Currently, we have three allergists/immunologists and one nurse practitioner who see patients of all ages, from infancy through adulthood. For the convenience of our patients, we operate out of two clinic sites, one in Springfield, MO and one in Branson, MO on Wednesdays.
