Dr. Chachkin is a Washington D.C. native who completed his undergraduate study at the University of Michigan and received his M.D. degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine in 2002. He graduated medical school as class valedictorian, winner of the Benjamin Manchester Humanitarian Award in medicine and was honored with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. Following an internship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Dr. Chachkin completed a three-year residency in dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, immediately after which he obtained his board certification from the American Board of Dermatology.
