Education & Training

Dr. Yu received his medical degree (MD) with honors at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his internship in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He then completed his dermatology residency training  at Columbia University’s St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. 

Dr. Yu then additional specialized training by completing a Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery at Columbia University’s Center for Laser and Dermatologic Surgery.
