Dr. Virginio Rodriguez III attended the University of Puerto Rico in 1981 where he earned a B.S. degree and received his medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine in 1985.

After completing 3 years of residency Dr. Rodriguez went on to complete a fellowship at Jackson Memorial in Miami.
