Education & Training
Christi graduated cum laude from Baylor University before going on to earn a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. While at UT Southwestern, Christi became particularly interested in dermatology and went on to complete a one-year postgraduate dermatology fellowship at UT Southwestern, training alongside dermatology residents. She is one of 12 physician assistants nationally to complete the program. “The fellowship training allowed me to work closely with the residents in a variety of settings,” said Christi, “including clinics at the VA, Parkland and UT Southwestern. It was an excellent opportunity to treat patients with many different dermatologic conditions.”
