Eat a low salt diet.  Don't add salt to meals.  Increase fresh fruits and vegetables.  Avoid/Reduce use canned and processed foods.

ADHD – Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder  Long term use of a stimulant medication (controlled substance).  Cognitive behavioral therapy.  Positive reenforcement.  Task setting.  To do lists.  Set alarms and notifications. 
ACE Inhibitors
ACE INHIBITORS  Common Adverse Reactions:  A: Angioedema (swelling under the skin, commonly in the eyelids, lips, tongue, or throat)  C: Cough  E: Extra potassium (feeling weak or tired, nausea, muscle pains and cramps, trouble breathing, unusual heartbeat, chest pains)  Adverse reactions associated with taking ACE inhibitors are more common in individuals who are black or hispanic.
