High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
Eat a low salt diet.  Don't add salt to meals.  Increase fresh fruits and vegetables.  Avoid/Reduce use canned and processed foods.

ADHD – Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder  Long term use of a stimulant medication (controlled substance).  Cognitive behavioral therapy.  Positive reenforcement.  Task setting.  To do lists.  Set alarms and notifications.
