About Dr. Alfonso Gonzalez, MD
Dr. Gonzalez is the Director of the Dermatopathology Laboratory of the Columbia Skin Clinic. He is Board Certified in Dermatopathology, and as such, is one of only a handful of physicians in South Carolina with advanced training in skin pathology. This makes him uniquely qualified to study specimens having any of the large spectrum of skin diseases, from melanoma and other skin cancers, to warts, and anything in between. For Dr. Gonzalez and for everybody at Columbia Skin Clinic, each patient and each specimen deserves the best diagnosis and treatment available today.
