About Dr. David Wilson, MD
Dr. Wilson is Board Certified in both Dermatology and Internal Medicine. He has been in practice since 1988, first practicing on the clinical faculty at Vanderbilt University before joining Dermatology Consultants in 1992. In 1997, Dr. Wilson established Central Virginia Dermatology in Forest, Virginia. After 20 years at Central Virginia Dermatology, Dr. Wilson rejoined Dermatology Consultants in 2017.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Wake Forest University and his Medical Doctorate Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University / Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Wilson completed residency training programs in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and Dermatology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Wilson has over 25 years of experience conducting clinical research trials in dermatology at the Education and Research Foundation.
