He completed his dermatology residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He is a member of the Greater Louisville Medical Society, American Academy of Dermatology, Kentucky Medical Association and Kentucky Dermatology Association. Dr. Turner has been published in Dermatology Surgery and Journal of American Academy of Dermatology. He offers services in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
