Dr. Effat is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, in the specialty of adult and pediatric allergy and immunology. He is a fellow of the following national organizations; the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and the the American College of Allergy and Immunology. He is also a member of the the American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society and Pennsylvania Allergy Association.
