Dr. Patricia Norris received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland. She then attended Portland State University (PSU) with a bachelor’s degree in science and pre-med studies. She graduated from the Oregon Health & Sciences University (OHSU) Medical School. Postgraduate medical training included one year at Good Samaritan and Emanuel Hospitals in Portland and then a Dermatology residency at the Oregon Health & Sciences University.
