About Dr. Prashant Singri, MD
Dr. Singri received his BS degree at Youngstown State University in Ohio. He completed his medical training at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. After internship at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, he completed a two year research fellowship at Northwestern University investigating therapies in the treatment of skin diseases such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, cutaneous lymphoma, vitiligo, and actinic keratosis ("precancers"). He completed his dermatology residency at the Department of Dermatology at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. He is now on faculty there, with a special interest in psoriasis and inflammatory diseases. He also continues to be involved in the clinical trials program, investigating promising therapies for skin diseases. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Singri is currently on staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Chicago), Alexian Brothers Medical Center (Elk Grove Village), and St. Alexius Medical Center (Hoffman Estates).
