Dr. Rosso is originally from Virginia and received his M.D. with distinction from the University of Virginia. He then completed a clinical research fellowship at the National Institute of Health, followed by an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. He completed his dermatology residency with a focus in dermatological surgery at the University of Miami in Miami, FL.
