Dr. Valerie Laing, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon providing care to patients in the Knightdale, Raleigh and Wake Forest area of North Carolina area at Laing Dermatology. Dr. Laing previously started the MOHS Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery section at East Carolina University, bring this procedure to the people Downeast. Education & Training

Dr. Laing received her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine where she found her love of surgery and dermatology and was elected to the AOA Medical Honor Society. She then completed her Dermatology Residency at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill and an additional intensive one-year Fellowship in MOHS Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at University Associates in Dermatology in Louisville.
