About Elena Shumsky, ARNP
Elena Shumsky, ARNP, is a nationally certified practitioner at Dermatology Center specializing in general and cosmetic dermatology, keloid removal, and laser treatments. Elena graduated with Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She received two Dean’s Awards for outstanding academic achievement.
Before working as a nurse practitioner, Elena Shumsky worked as a surgical nurse and as a clinical research coordinator. Elena graduated from UCF in 2007 with her Master of Science in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate. She has worked closely with Dr. Blatnoy and received extensive training in dermatology. Elena is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed to practice through the Florida Board of Nursing. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
