About Walter Xavier Zavala-Salas, RPA-C

Walter Xavier Zavala-Salas is a licensed Medical Doctor in the Republic of Ecuador. He Provides consultations to low-income families in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

He graduated from City College of New York as a Physician Associate. He provides compassionate, integrated care to patients in Washington Heights, Inwood, and the Bronx at Centro Medico Dominicano.

Mr. Zavala has more than 20 years of diverse experience in Emergency, Preventive, Internal, and Obesity Medicine.

Mr. Zavala is an Associate Anatomy professor and clinical mentor for the CUNY Medical School. He was a clinical rotation preceptor for the Nursing Practitioner Program at Lehman College. Every year he participates in medical missions with colleagues and on his own.
