About Christopher Bass, PA

Chris is a 1996 graduate of The Medical College of Georgia’s physician assistant program in Augusta, Georgia. He also received a degree in respiratory therapy at Columbus College.

Chris is certified through the NCCPA.  He is a member of the society of dermatology PA’s as well as the AAPA.

His prior clinical experience includes four years of surgical experience with Cardiovascular Surgical Associates and three years working in family practice.

Chris joined the Albany Dermatology Clinic in 2004. He has received extensive training by Dr. Greenfield to diagnose and treat all dermatologic conditions. Chris has been well received by his patients for his friendly demeanor and easy going approach.

Chris and his wife Michelle have twin girls and reside in Lee County.

Our office, located on 4th Avenue, offers state-of–the-art care in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. We are happy to be able to offer our patients ample parking and door-to-door red coat (wheelchair) service for those who need assistance in getting to the office.

As a dynamic, growing practice, we accept new patients and welcome professional referrals. We participate with most of the region’s healthcare plans including all private insurance plans, PPO’s, Medicare and Medicaid. We are happy to serve our nation’s military and gladly accept TRICARE.
