About Danna Calder, PA-C

Danna Dennis Calder, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant proving care at Dermatology Associates of Atlanta, P.C. Danna has extensive training and experience in a wide range of cosmetic treatments, including Botox® and fillers. Danna is also our vein treatment expert where she performs sclerotherapy to the legs to help reduce spider veins. She is also experienced in medical and surgical dermatology. Danna maintains positions in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (PEARLS faculty member), ASLMS (American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery), and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Her wealth of knowledge, extensive experience, and dedication to patients are all aspects that make her an incredible board-certified Physician Assistant.

Education & Training

A native of Los Angeles, Danna Dennis Calder brought her expertise in skincare to Dermatology Associates of Atlanta in 2019. She has been in dermatology since 2006. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Southern California, graduating with honors. Her initial interest in dermatology after school led her to a position at a prominent dermatology practice in Beverly Hills, where she worked for five years. She was accepted into Emory University’s Physician Assistant program and graduated with honors and a master’s degree in medical science (M.M.Sc.) in 1999. Upon graduating, Danna spent seven years working in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
