About Dr. Ana Eng, MD

Dr. Ana M. Eng is a board certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist who has practiced in Elmhurst for more than 20 years. She completed her residency in Dermatology at the University of Chicago. Her medical doctorate was granted by the University of Santo Tomas – one of the best in the Philippines.

Dr. Eng is a member and past-President of the Chicago Dermatological Society (CDS) where she also served a term as Treasurer. In addition, she was presented the Founders Award (a distinct honor) by her peers in CDS for extraordinary time and talent as a Teacher and Clinician.

Her multiple academic appointments have included: Clinical Professor at Loyola Medical Center in the Department of Pathology, Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Instructor at the University of Chicago in the Department of Dermatology, Attending Physician at Hines VA Hospital in the Departments of Pathology and Dermatology. She has also served as faculty for Osler Institute review courses for physicians taking board exams.
