Dr. Jaffe is the founder and visionary behind Riverchase Dermatology. His goal was to have a facility where patients could obtain high level, cutting edge care for all of their dermatologic and cosmetic concerns by well trained and caring providers. This emphasis on superior patient care is exemplified by having multiple locations for convenience throughout Southwest Florida, prompt appointment availability and utilizing the latest advances in equipment and techniques including MOHS micrographic surgery. In addition, Dr. Jaffe’s philosophy of treating each patient as if they were a family member has been one of the core values at Riverchase Dermatology.
Dr Jaffe is originally from New Jersey. After graduation from Cornell University, he attended UMDNJ where he completed his medical education as well as a residency in Dermatology including extensive cosmetic surgery training. Dr. Jaffe continued his studies in Tampa, where he completed a MOHS Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology fellowship. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Jaffe is a member of the American College of MOHS Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology, The American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and The Collier County Medical Society. He has lectured at major conferences and has published numerous articles in leading Dermatology journals. He has also authored many book chapters relating to the field of Dermatology.
