Dr. Meshkinpour completed both her undergraduate education and her Masters in Public Health (MPH) degrees at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She obtained her medical degree (M.D.) at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) where she also completed her Internship and residency in Dermatology.

Dr. Meshkinpour spent an additional year working as a research Fellow in psoriasis clinical trials.
