About Dr. Currie Custer, MD
Currie Custer, M.D. is a board certified dermatologist who grew up in Georgia and Louisiana. Dr. Custer completed her undergraduate education at Emory University, where she graduated Magna cum laude in May 1999. She then attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine where she completed her medical and dermatological training in June 2005. Dr. Custer was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, a medical honor society, during her medical training at the University. She completed her dermatology residency at The Ohio State University as well, where she held the title of Chief Resident from January2008-April 2009. She performed her internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Current Dermatology is a full-service dermatology practice located in Sylva, North Carolina. Dr. Custer received three years of exclusive training in dermatology at a residency fully accredited by the American Board of Graduate Medical Education and approved by the American Board of Dermatology.
