About Dr. Dan Rowe, MD
Dr. Rowe was the founder of Skin Cancer & Dermatology Institute. He has been practicing in the Reno/Carson City area since 1993 and specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
Dr. Rowe graduated from Medical School in 1988 from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He did his internship at the Medical Center Hospital of San Antonio and completed his Dermatology residency at University of California in Los Angeles. Dr. Rowe completed a one-year fellowship program in 1993 for Mohs Micrographic Surgery at University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
Dr. Rowe, Dr. Kiene and Dr. Hovenic are the only fellowship trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeons in northern Nevada.
In his spare time, he enjoys northwestern rafting, hiking adventures, and spending time with his four children.
Dr. Rowe sees patients in Carson City.
