About Dr. Eileen Smith, MD

She has been board certified in Dermatology since 1997. She enjoys all aspects of Dermatology but has a special interest in skin cancer detection and treatment. She is involved in clinical research and presently has several clinical research trials active.She graduated from medical school in 1990. She attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her internship was in Internal Medicine and her residency was in Dermatology at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center.

She enjoys teaching and has been active in educating the public and her colleges. She has published in several scientific journals and dermatology books.

She is married to Martin J. Smith and has two children, Tyler and Dylan. She lives in Walla Walla Washington and enjoys the out doors. When time permits she enjoys bicycling, skiing and hiking.
