Dr. Sile attended medical school and received her doctor of medicine degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1998.Dr. Sile did her undergraduate studies at Chatham College, Pittsburgh, (1992) and earned her BS in Chemistry from University of Pittsburgh (1994).  For her academic achievement she was awarded with Summa Cum Laude at University of Pittsburgh and was named in Dean's Honor List at Chatham College and University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Sile completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency training program at the University of Tennessee Hospitals and Medical Center, Memphis, TN, in 2001.
