Dr. Hiram A. Ruiz Santiago is Board Certified in Dermatology and Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery. www.mohscollege.org

Founder of the Mohs Surgery Clinic at the PR Medical Center, he served for 10 years as an Associate Profesor and the Director of the Dermatologic Surgery Program at the Department of Dermatology of the UPR School of Medicine.
