Education & Training

Dr. Mercer received her Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University in 2004 where she graduated Summa cum laude. She received her medical degree (M.D.) from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2008.

Dr. Mercer completed here dermatology residency training at Brown University in 2012 where she finished her last year as Chief Resident. She went on to complete a Fellowship in Dermatopathology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dermpath Diagnostics of New York in 2013.
