Dr. Tuchman earned his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 1967. He completed his medical internship at Brookdale Hospital Center in New York and his residency in dermatology at the Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts in 1971. He was a major in the U.S. Army and Chief of Dermatology at Walson Army Hospital in New Jersey from 1971-1973 before opening the practice in Monroe, New York.
