Dr. Keith Whitmer grew up in Owensboro, Kentucky and completed his degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Louisville with honors. After successfully completing his medical degree at the University of Louisville, earning honors and election to the National AOA Honor Society, he completed his residency in Dermatology at the University of Florida.
