Education & Training
Dr. Forman graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UCLA in 1995 and then earned her medical degree at UCLA in 1999. She completed the family medicine residency program at Santa Monica-UCLA Hospital prior to her dermatology residency at the Keck School of Medicine at USC. She served as chief resident for the Department of Dermatology and was awarded the Resident Teacher of the Year while at USC.
