Atlantic Dermatology was founded in 1977 by Maryland native Dr. Thomas Krop, a Harvard-educated dermatologist who loved our area enough to grow his practice in Virginia Beach. At that time, Atlantic Dermatology was one of only three dermatology clinics in the city.

Dr. Krop retired in 2011, but his professionalism, compassion, and vision lives on at our dermatology clinic.
