Lance Henry, MD is a board-certified Fayetteville dermatologist and Mohs surgeon providing care to patients at Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Cener.
Dr. Henry was the first Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon in Northwest Arkansas and has performed over 13,000+ Mohs procedures to treat skin cancer.
He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences AHEC Medical Training Program where he teaches Family Practice residents.
Dr. Henry’s work has appeared in numerous publications, presentations and research findings regarding advances in the field of dermatology.

Dr. Henry is an Arkansas native. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and his medical degree from the University of Arkansas , where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
Dr. Henry then completed his internship and residency training in dermatology at the University of Arkansas School of Medicine before pursuing a Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Cosmetic Dermatology at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
