About Dr. Marie Nakata, MD

 Dr. Marie L. Nakata was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1963. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree, with Honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1985.  She went on to complete her Doctor of Medicine degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1989.  She completed her internship in 1990 and her residency in 1993 at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals. 
Dr. Nakata is a member of many honorary societies.  She is a member of several prominent medical academies and associations, and she has presented and published on dermatology subjects for her colleagues.  She is board certified in dermatology. Dr. Nakata and her husband Steve, also an M.D., have two sons: Michael and Matthew. They reside in New Berlin.
