After completing Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, he took an internship at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania. Dr. Margulies completed his dermatology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center on Miami Beach as Chief Resident of Dermatology.
