She has presented her research at numerous dermatologic professional meetings and has published extensively in both basic science and clinical medical journals, authoring over 60 peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters.
For her research, she was awarded the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Young Investigator Award in 2004.
