Ming H. Jih, MD, PhD is a board-certified Houston dermatologist.

Dr. Jih erves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology, Weill Cornell Medical College. She has presented her research at numerous dermatologic professional meetings and has published extensively in both basic science and clinical medical journals, authoring over 60 peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters.

For her research, she was awarded the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Young Investigator Award in 2004.

Dr. Jih received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Philosophy in Cell Biology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). She received her medical degree from University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine. She then completed her dermatology residency training at the prestigious New York University Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology. Subsequently she completed a fellowship in Laser and Dermatologic Surgery at DermSurgery Associates.
